Most margaritas in the U.S.Classic margaritas typically use silver or blanco tequila, but gold (including reposado tequila) will work if you like. I recommend a high quality tequila even though it’s mixed in, as you’ll get a much smoother margarita if the alcohol is not harsh. Tequila – Don’t worry, tequila is a keto friendly alcohol!
